This is a picture of me last Spring in June outside a Buddhist center here in Philadelphia after the Avalokiteshvara Empowerment. Avalokiteshvara is said to be the personification of perfect compassion for all sentient beings.
I saw this quote and thought of the picture. It was a beautiful Spring day. Like today! 😀
