Just beautiful! The colors and darker parts of the photo are breathtaking! And I agree with the sentiment. Beauty is all around us, within, anywhere we look and feel. We can find it anywhere when we pay attention! ❤ Thank you for sharing! 😀

She moves with love ❤

Let’s not allow others to drag us down! Keep that light shining even when it’s dark; keep loving even when it isn’t returned, maintain inner peace even when there’s chaos all around….be kind, not because others are but because we are. Pull others into our love instead of letting them pull us into their negativity.❤❤😀😍
Much love & light, always,
xoxo Kim
Happiness in a moment of serenity and beauty
Great ideas! Thank you! ❤ 😀
Happiness in a moment of serenity and beauty
Boredom is the feeling that everything is a waste of time; serenity, that nothing is. ~ Thomas Szasz
Our world is hectic, noisy, chaotic and filled with stress, so it is important every day to take a little time and grab a little serenity. Although I have to admit I can never say the word serenity without thinking about Seinfeld’s episode, Serenity Now! Today Google did something really amazing for its doodle to commemorate Claude Debussy’s 151st birthday. Debussy is the composer of Clair de Lune, and if you’re not a big classical music fan the name may sound familiar, but as soon as you hear the tune you’ll know it. My recommendation is take a few minutes, shut off the lights and bring up Google’s Debussy Doodle and just experience a couple of minutes of beauty and serenity.

Here’s mine for this week
Dan looked from the heavily tattooed, ring-on-each-finger, at-least-twice-his-size man to the adorable, little girl. “You accuse this midget of murder?”, he asked the witness in the box one more time. The witness sighed, “She isn’t what she seems, your honour. You must believe me”. The judge merely shook his head and convicted the tattooed man.

My Sweet girl❤

This is my sweet girl, Boobie three years ago on her birthday! I had her since I was sixteen years old! I have been dreading today because it would have been her 14th birthday but she died two months ago. Her death devastates me but I’m much stronger than I was when my other dog, Koko, Boobie’s best friend died, three years ago. I love Boobie just as much as I love Koko but when Koko died I couldn’t laugh about anything for so long; I was numb for months. Sometimes I still experience raw grief for Koko and will for Boobie too, just like other losses. When koko died, I was still positive and thankful often, for her life with us but my strength and wisdom has deepened through the years and now I can cope with my more recent loss much better. I can still laugh everyday. I’m not as numb and I can look at pictures of Boobie more frequently than I could bring myself to do with Koko so soon.
Boobie had a beautiful life with us and was always happy! Each year we celebrated her day with cake and gifts and candles and singing. Her blankie in the pic above is a b-day gift for her 11th birthday. She loved it so much! ❤
I am shattered but have so much love and so many happy memories of my girl.
She was sweet and funny, loved to cuddle, especially with my mom! She was a big yapper and sometimes snappy. Lol She begged for food so frequently by throwing her head back and screaming and bringing us toys. 😍
She has twins! 💙
Boobie’s baby daddy, Emmy! So cute! ❤
We celebrate her today, giving her babies new bones! And our other dogs got treats too! We will love & celebrate Boobie furever! ❤💙💛💜💔💝😍 😀
Much love & light, always,
Kim ❤
In A Vase On Monday – Summer Gold
I love how you make use of just about everything in your garden and appreciate deeply, the fleeting life all around. That is a wonderful life lesson that can apply to life in general. The vibrant yellow\orange color is beautiful! ❤😀 Thank you for sharing your wisdom & beauty!! 💚
The garden is at its zenith and while we have some weeks ahead of us, I’m aware that the bonanza won’t last forever, which only serves to heighten my appreciation.
I cleared my garden paths of the abundant tangle of flopping stems, mostly white flowering tobacco (Nicotiana alata) and yellow/orange calendula (C. officinalis).
A large clump of heartleaf aster (Symphyotrichum cordifolium) also needed trimming, so that became my lacy greens.
Nothing goes to waste if I can find a vase for it (which as you might have guessed, I have plenty)!
The special features this week are tall stems of Ligularia ‘The Rocket’ as well as golden zinnias (Z. elegans ‘County Fair Mix’) and dahlia (D. ‘Tiki Torch’).
Thanks to Cathy at Rambling In the Garden, who hosts a weekly meme to showcase what is blooming in our gardens. Wander over to see what gardeners all over the world are arranging…

For the Fear of Death
I love this!! As the saying goes “what we do for ourselves dies with us but what we do for others lives on.” ❤ Life has to eventually end; it's just the way it goes. But if we live as best as we can, keep evolving, living, loving and doing for others, forgive, move forward, help and give in any ways we can, then we live a full life and dying will be easier. ❤
True Forgiveness
Incredibly inspiring!! It’s so great to keep this in mind whenever we do not like something that someone does, says, or feels.
We are not our delusions.
This is a loving sentiment that can guide us on our journey of love & compassion. ❤ 😀
“Although living beings’ minds are filled with delusions, living beings themselves are not faulty. We say that sea water is salty, but in fact it is the salt in the water that makes it salty, not the water itself. The real taste of water is not salty. Similarly, all the faults we see in people are actually the faults of their delusions, not of the people themselves.”

Life-Changing Wisdom
I always love this simple but profound wisdom! Yes, it’s better, more effective, to focus on our own journey and progress than compare it to others in a negative way. We all live at our own pace, have our own skills and experiences and there’s no sense comparing ours to the lives of others. And we can allow others to inspire and motivate us instead of getting jealous, frustrated, or depressed. Comparison is almost never good whether we feel we come up short or feel that we are better somehow than someone else. Let’s celebrate the success and beauty of others and our own selves! 😀 ❤
Cute Pet
So cute!! Fluffy lil snowball! Animals just have a special ability to brighten any day. ❤ 😀
